ABOUT ME

As an artist, I had a deep passion for oil painting since childhood. However, after getting married and having children, I had to put my interest in art on hold in order to prioritise my family for some time. 

But, as my children became independent, I  started to rekindle my passion for painting. Initially, it was challenging.  However, with perseverance and determination, I gradually began to create the kind of artwork that I always dreamed about.

As I continued to practice and refine my skills, I started hosting private exhibitions and even managed to showcase some of my paintings in art gallery at the Udaipur airport in Rajasthan. It was a fulfilling experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share my artwork with you.

As an artist, oil paint is my go-to medium for its magical qualities. The creamy texture and slow drying time allow me to manipulate the colors to create something truly extraordinary. It's like being transported to another world where anything is possible and every stroke of the brush has the potential to become something beautiful. Whether I'm creating a portrait, a landscape or an abstract piece, oil paint allows me to express myself in a way that is uniquely my own. In short, oil paint is more than just a medium; it's a gateway to limitless creativity and possibility.

My go to brand for oil paints have always been Winsor & Newton’s as they are made with Lightfast and permanent colour which are highly reliable and do not change their hue or saturation over the decades.
